Endpoint	The full path, e.g. `POST /api/onboarding/nigeria_kyc/bvn/`
Request payload	The body you sent (remove any real BVN, NIN, or account numbers)
Response received	The full response including status code and message
Environment	Whether you’re on production or sandbox
